Keyboard shortcuts

The working shortcuts on Mac and Windows, verified against the workspace's actual key handling.

Every shortcut below is verified against the workspace’s key handling — on Windows and Linux, every ⌘ shortcut works with Ctrl. The in-app overlay (⌘/ or Ctrl+/) lists a few that don’t act in the current workspace; this page is the authoritative list.

Mac Windows Action
⌘1 – ⌘0 Ctrl+1 – Ctrl+0 Jump to a view, in nav order — Assumptions (⌘1), Partnership (⌘2), Rent Roll (⌘3), OpEx (⌘4), Recoveries (⌘5), Capital (⌘6), Add’l Rev (⌘7), MLAs (⌘8), Pro Forma (⌘9), Scenarios (⌘0). Sensitivity and Export have no digit — use the palette
⌘K or ⌘G Ctrl+K or Ctrl+G Open the command palette
⌘⇧L Ctrl+Shift+L Toggle the left navigation
⌘\ Ctrl+\ Toggle the Inspector
Mac Windows Action
⌘S Ctrl+S Save version
⌘Z Ctrl+Z Undo
⌘⇧Z Ctrl+Shift+Z Redo
⌘⇧H Ctrl+Shift+H Toggle version / change history
⌘/ Ctrl+/ Toggle the shortcut overlay

With Grid on and a cell selected:

Mac Windows Action
⌘C / ⌘X / ⌘V Ctrl+C / Ctrl+X / Ctrl+V Copy, cut, paste ranges as Excel-compatible TSV
⌘D / ⌘R Ctrl+D / Ctrl+R Fill down / fill right
⌘F Ctrl+F Find within the grid
Delete Delete Clear the selected cells

The grid’s own footer lists these too — plus All shortcuts ? to open the overlay.

⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) opens Command Center — the input reads “Search tabs, tenants, expenses, debt, or trust actions…”. Results group into navigation (every view), model entities (tenants and lines), and quick actions (undo/redo last change, open change history, open keyboard shortcuts). Arrow keys move, Enter runs the selection, Escape closes.
