Additional Revenue

Add’l Rev (⌘7) is the ledger for income with no lease behind it. Each source: name, Amount, Frequency, Start/End month, and Growth. The annual schedule below is engine output and flows into effective gross revenue.

• Add — + Add revenue, or Build from document / Paste from Excel for schedules that already exist somewhere.
• Edit — click a value; growth compounds from the start month.
• Remove — the × on the row.

Note

General vacancy does not haircut additional revenue — vacancy applies on the rent-roll side. If a source should stop when a tenant leaves, model it on that lease instead of here.
